1. Solve the problem of water vapor returning to materials when the system temperature drops during the same direction movement caused by the forward flow dehumidification of traditional dryer; 2. During the drying process, the hot air flow moves forward from the tail, fully contacting with the material, and making full use of heat transfer through heat conduction, convection and radiation; 3. Transfer the heat energy directly to the material, so that the water of the material can be continuously evaporated in the cylinder. The air suction device at the inlet will take out a large amount of water and moisture, preventing secondary pollution caused by dust discharge. 4. Promote the movement of materials through inner screw stirring, scavenging and plate copying, and complete the whole drying process; 5. Conduct dehumidification countercurrent to avoid repeated drying procedures.
