How The Dryer Works

The power generated by electric power, diesel power, wind power and inflammable material is heated by ambient air, which is transported to the surrounding area, and then the dehumidification treatment can be achieved at the appropriate temperature.

The specific process is as follows: the wet material is sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then the feeding machine through the feeding pipe enters the feeding end. The slope of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of the material so that the material can flow smoothly into the dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder that is tilted slightly from the horizontal line. The material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end. The heat carrier contacts with the material upstream, and some heat carriers and materials flow into the barrel together. As the cylinder turns, the material moves to the lower end under the action of gravity. In the process of moving the wet material forward in the barrel, the heat of the carrier body is directly or indirectly obtained, which makes the wet material dry, and then it is sent out through belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the discharge end. There is a board in the wall of the cylinder, which is used to copy and scatter the materials, increase the contact surface between the materials and the air flow, so as to improve the drying rate and promote the material forward. The carrier is generally divided into hot air, flue gas and so on. After the heat carrier through the dryer, cyclone dust collector is usually required to collect the materials in the gas. If further reducing the amount of dust in the exhaust, it should also be through bag-type dust remover or wet dust remover before discharge.
